Both routines and all exercises are identical except women are told they are "toning" rather than strength training.
One side illustrates exercises and routines for men, the other for women, respectively demonstrated by a male and a female model. It's in Very Good condition with the exception of pinholes in each corner and a small tear that can be seen in one of the photographs. The two-sided poster was originally sent folded, subsequently stored rolled and will again be folded when shipped to purchase. The only flaw is some minor scratch marks in one of the hand grip areas, which can be seen in the third photo in the eBay gallery above. It has never been in a basement, attic or garage, thus there is no pitting, rust or other damage to the chromed cylinder.
The scale is intact and not deteriorated and the straps are tight.The Bullworker has always been stored inside under normal household conditions.
